Return & Refund Policy

All printers have a 30-day return window starting the day they arrive. If functionally defective, drop us a line containing separate images or videos of the problem. First, we will attempt remoting diagnostics. Once we have looked into the problem and it can't be fixed, be assured you'll get either a replacement or full refund.


In order to be eligible for return, the printer must be returned in its original packaging and like-new condition, including all accessories. Unless it is our fault on the defect, return shipping will not be paid and charged to the customer. We refund money 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned item.

This policy does not cover physical damage caused by customer errors, misuse or spilled liquids or tampering.


All the Products purchased using online Gift Cards are non refundable.
